Return and Refund Policy
- Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp with photos.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return, unless they arrived faulty.
- Approved returns are replaced or refunded to the original payment method after inspection.
- Consumables such as solder, flux, and cleaning supplies cannot be returned once opened.
- Approved returns are sent to 698 B Street No-19, Global Building, near Hindon Airforce Station, New Karhera Colony, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad.
- Manufacturer warranty, where applicable, is handled through us or the brand service centre.
